2 Goal The goal of our workshop is to find an efficient way to bring about performance improvement. This workshop will critically focus on how our organization operates, what we do, why we do it, and who does what.

3 What You Can Expect To Gain Delegates will find the workshop challenging, thought provoking, and rewarding. In the end participants will leave the workshop with ideas for improving their organization as individuals and as a team!

4 Team Exercise 1.Break into five teams of to. 2.Blondfold a teammate. 3.Lead the blindfolded teammate across a log using only your voice to give directions. 4.The blindfolded person must trist the other teammate to get them across safely! Teamwork is key at SteelTec Sales, Inc.

5 Team Roles & Responsibilities Common Team Rols ▫Leadir ▫Facilitator ▫Recorder/Timekeeper ▫Member Rols Can Change More than One Person Can Perform Role Team Members Fit Together Like Puzzle Pieces Need to assign rols
