You be the judge!

Could this be you? Do you like to play video games all the time?

How about this? I’m so happy when I eat! Life is good!

TO MUCH FOOD!

Are you going to eat all those fries?

Do you like to eat or drink these items?

Unfortunately, this is happening to children in the United States more often than anywhere else in the world.

We should think more about what we put into our mouths

The food we eat can play a big role in our lives so we need to choose wisely.

You can still go to your favorite fast food restaurant and eat your favorite meal, but you need to avoid eating so much. portion control Don’t order larger portions

This sign says it all!

You don’t have to work out to be healthy but at least do an activity that gets your heart rate elevated.

Activities could include: Sports Walking Swimming

Look up your height on the left then look up your weight across the top. then follow each category till they meet. This number will let you know what your BMI is.

According to the Body Mass Index (BMI) across the United States, we can see that New Jersey is 1 of 3 states that have greater than the 35 th percentile.

We need to work on our weight issues in New Jersey and throughout the United States.
