The Tao of Decision Making Always ask yourself: “How righteous is my objective?” Am I driven by pure greed? If you are only in it for the money you will fail. “A superior person understands righteousness, while an inept individual understands not only profit.”

The Tao of Decision Making The Right Decision, Every Time: It’s natural to want to be promoted quickly and make more money. But that doesn’t mean you should turn your back on your code of ethics. Anyone who has empathy and understanding, who can earn the trust of those being led and can provide direction, is a good leader.
