Penalties Those convicted of drug felonies are subject to asset forfeitures, such as vehicles, items purchased with proceeds of drug sales, and real property.

Penalties Those convicted of drug felonies are prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms or ammunition.

Penalties Those convicted of a controlled substance offense are not eligible for student loans, grants, or work assistance programs Amendment to the Higher Education Act of 1965 Title IV, Part G, Section 483(r)
