ROAD TRAFFIC SAFETY AGENCY - RTSA Agency was established by the Government in December 2009 Agency was established by the Government in December 2009 RTSA is registered in the Serbian Business Registers as Public Agency in April 2010 Board of Directors was formed in May 2010, and Chairman of the board was elected Staff reception was conducted on 1st of September, 2010, when the Agency started its operations Staff reception was conducted on 1st of September, 2010, when the Agency started its operations

JURISDICTION OF THE AGENCY  Analyzes, monitors and improves the road traffic safety system through preventive and promotional activities and other activities in cooperation with other institutions  Works on improving the safety for drivers and other road users and the traffic safety in terms of vehicles  Provides database on technical characteristics of motor vehicles and trailers, which is relevant to the implementation of regulations on the road traffic safety

JURISDICTION OF THE AGENCY  Organizes and conducts professional examinations and seminars for teachers of theoretical instruction in driver training, for examiners, driving instructors, professional drivers, drivers of tourist trains and trams, negligent drivers and controllers of technical inspection  Issues licenses and certificates in accordance with the law  Issues periodic analyses and publications with data on traffic and road traffic accidents and organizes publication of professional literature in the field of driver training  Performs duties in connection with the implementation of digital tachographs
