 Physical—accidents or physical trauma  Chemical—burns, rashes or illness from exposure  Ergonomic—involve injuries from repetitive motions, improper lifting, overextending  Biological—exposure to germs, bacteria etc. (needles, insects, poisonous plants)

 Recognition– SEE IT  Evaluation—THINK IT  Control—DO IT
