Team Philosophy Mission – Have fun while developing individual skills and learning life lessons Practice – reduce lines, increase competition/games, compete against equals Positions – We will put players in positions that are best for the team and for the player. Boys will not play all positions every game. As we start to ask more from each position, they will need to spend more time at a position to master it. Playing time – Balanced through first 3 quarters (position dependent i.e. middies will play less minutes due to the taxing requirements of the position). 4 th quarter we will sub based on game circumstances. Asks of the Kids – Respect coaches, teammates, refs, and opponents Asks of the Parents - Communication Let us know if you’re not going to make a game Come talk to us if you or your son are unhappy with something
