High School: 25 minutes “stop-clock”

Body Ball – deliberately played with body. (does not include kicking ball)
Covering – when a player covers the ball with her stick
Warding (attack only) – uses arm/elbow to prevent check (get push to prevent ward)

18. Self Start (new for 2019)
Self Start means that the player who got fouled does not have to wait for the referee’s whistle to restart play on most fouls that happen outside the Critical Scoring area.

19. Penalty zone (new for 2019)
Any major foul inside the CSA that will result in a free position at one of the hash marks, the entire zone must be cleared
