QUALITY ASSURANCE STAGES DUNICOP I. PHASE Till year 2006 (Beginnings of quality assurance) Turning point in quality assurance system at University of Osijek – Project „Establishment of a quality improvement system of education at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek". II. PHASE From 2006 till 2012 (Establishing of quality assurance system) Implementation of the project „Establishment of a quality improvement system of education at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek". Establishment of Quality Assurance units at the University level (Committee for improvement and quality assurance, Quality Assurance office, Quality Assurance advisor) and at the constituents level (Commissions for the improvement and quality assurance and Quality Assurance offices). Documents that regulate quality assurance are defined (The Regulation on the organization and operation of a quality assurance system at the University). From 2006 till today the scope of quality assurance activities increased, therefore there was a need for quality assurance independence from the University management. UNIOS Q

The upgrated system is based on ESG Standards and guidelines and is structured according to ISO 9001:2008 standards regarding educational system, science activities and business procedures.
