INFORMATION SHARING

EMERGENCY PLAN  Contents:  All inclusive program covering any type of emergency for the facility.  Separate Business Continuity Plan which picks up where the Emergency Plan stops.

INTEGRATION WITH OTHER PLANS  Integration with Process Safety Management (OSHA 29 CFR , “Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous & Explosive Chemicals”).  Education for all employees, temporary workers, visitors, and contractors on site emergency plans and hazards  Site tours and information sharing with all local Fire Departments and Emergency Response Groups  Provision of plan, safety data sheets, maps, and critical information for the facility. Signed agreements are kept on file at the plant.  Meetings to review plan changes allows information sharing
