Details of the Business Programmes. Knowledge Transfer Activities (KT). A typical Graduate programme: KTP Associate Company University KT

Details of the Business Programmes. Knowledge Transfer Activities (KT).  Projects are led by the business.  An Academic plus a F/T graduate in the company.  Focused brief with high impact deliverables  Time bounded fully budgeted projects with regular reviews  Project managed and monitored. KT programmes we offer include:  National Short (sKTP) from 26 – 51 week terms  West Mids regional (KEEN) from year terms  National Classic (KTP) from 1 – 3 year terms

KT – Business Benefits What the business can expect from us: A business focused project with a controlled budget and tangible results in a time bounded programme. Responsive processes from application to results and of course, claims. You control and expedite the graduate recruitment. Comes complete with a project manager!!

KEEN – Benefits Over and above the business wins: A straight forward application process with a quick turnaround. The potential to flex the budget to cover a number of useful approaches. A meaningful work programme that can be used within the project! Once established, I believe these advantages will give us all a confident business engagement programme.
