Questions? “Why does God seem different in the Old Testament compared to the New Testament?” God witheld judgement under the OLD covenant but the standard was set for Jesus-only he could not sin due to the lack of sin nature ( he still had temptation)– the Holy Spirit now indwells us to change us from the inside out which is part of the New Covenant.

God Is against Gay People A person could become saved, still fall into homosexuality, be convicted by the Spirit of sinning, and all the while seek to break free from it. So technically, he could be saved and be a homosexual -- not as a lifestyle, but as in struggling against his sin which sometimes can get the best of him. It would be like a drug addict becoming a Christian and still being hooked on drugs. He would struggle against it but still have the desire to participate in it.

God Is against Gay People is demonstrating evidence of regeneration. A person who has professed Christ and is struggling against sin is demonstrating evidence of regeneration. : lying, stealing, profanity, gossiping, pride, addictions, pornography. The Holy Spirit is working in them to change them into the image of Christ – no different from a Christian who is struggling against: lying, stealing, profanity, gossiping, pride, addictions, pornography. I love this!!!! Finally, no dead people struggle for life. Only those who are alive struggle. Likewise, the dead in sin, the unregenerate, do not struggle against their sins. Christians do. Romans 7:9 New International Version (NIV) 9 Once I was alive apart from the law; but when the commandment came, sin sprang to life and I died.
