-er -is added to the end of a verb ( 动词 ) to mean someone who or a person who

Examples: Someone who dances is a dancer Someone who travels is a traveler

Examples: Someone who teaches is a teacher Someone who sings is a singer

Spelling Reminder: With most words, we just add –er. Examples: teach ---- teacher paint---- painter
