Presentation transcript:

We present you Chemobau’s concrete paving technology

Concrete paving in the relevant shape made with out special machine for concrete pavements. The machine performs automatically all necessary concrete paving operations on the road surface. The machine, along with our skills is the primary means, with which we create roadways in a rational way, and also various monolithic profiles.

Implementation of the road construction at the moment, in steady forward movement. Applying Inset-method. The concrete pavement exceeds all requirements, regarding permitted carrying capacity, strength and duration of use. Concrete is distributed perfectly, in order to achieve the greatest possible economy when creating the roadway.

That’s how the Inset-method works

That’s how the Inset-method works During the pressing process the already supplied concrete is modeled in the form of concrete pavement by means of the robust formwork, attached to the machine. Anchors and dowels are automatically placed in the fresh concrete.

That’s how the bilayer concrete paving with one machine works

Inset-method for construction of road pavements is applied for the implementation of various objectives construction of highways; concrete paving on the bottom of internal sewers when they are rehabilitated.

Inset-method for construction of road pavements is applied for the implementation of various objectives construction of airport runways for takeoff and landing of planes; bilayer paving of important connecting roads and highways.

Slabs without comments for all kind of use and applications.

That’s how the laying of “robust railway lane” works

That’s how the laying of “robust railway lane” works The machine creates a concrete track with profile, which is accurate to the millimeter. “The robust railway lane” serves as a solid track for high-speed trains.

Master of transformation when pouring concrete Master of transformation when pouring concrete. Offset-method implementation. The construction of monolithic profiles is generally more economical, than applying prefabricated items. Various formworks offer numerous concrete profile options.

That’s how the Offset-method works

That’s how the modern Offset-method works The supplied concrete is transported by an endless screw within the formwork, which shapes the monolithic profile during the forward movement.

Offset-method for construction of road pavements is applied for the implementation of various goals construction of separation wall between bidirectional roadways to maintain security; construction of drain for collection of rainwater.

Offset-method for construction of road pavements is applied for the implementation of various goals construction of tunnels; construction of curb profiles.

Ultimate machine technology Concrete laying is carried out with the highest precision and best quality: Internal vibrators, located in the formwork, make the concrete durable to intensive vehicle traffic and ensure optimal and uniform sealing.

Ultimate machine technology The fully automated placement of dowels, and also the anchor insertion devices, contribute to the positioning of dowels and anchors in the pre-compacted fresh concrete in any length and distance.

Ultimate machine technology The lateral anchor placement device distributes them sideways in the concrete pavement. Anchors prevent displacement of slabs.

Ultimate machine technology The cross presser smoothes roughness, and the longitudinal one – creates a perfectly flat upper surface. To facilitate the successful operation of the roadways a brush or a special jute cloth is used.

Thank you for your attention!
