T HE W ORLD W IDE W EB 3 A popular subset of the Internet Made up of billions of documents (Web Pages) Text, graphics, video and/or audio. Hyperlinks Organized into individual web sites that contain a collection of related web pages.

T HE W ORLD W IDE W EB 4 Each web page has it’s own unique address called a Uniform Resource Locator (URL). A URL contains 4 parts: protocol, domain name which contains a top-level domain, path, and file name
