Infinitives “To Verb”

What are infinitives? Words that are most often used to name actions Verbs in English have different forms depending on who is doing the action or when the action is occurring: –Ie.  I walk, she walked, they have walked

The most basic form a verb is called the infinitive In English, they are very easy to spot, because they have “to” in front of them: –Ie.  to swim, to read, to eat

Infinitives in Spanish don’t have a word in front of them In Spanish, infinitives are only one word, and end in either –ar, -er, or –ir. Escuchar Comer Escribir
