- Objective of the Program Evaluation - The process of the Program Evaluation

To get participants' impressions and feed back that would guide Mekong Institute in further improving the quality of its learning program both in terms of the facilities provided and the program delivered.

 Pre and Post Self- Assessment  Daily Assessment of Mood Barometer  Daily Assessment of Board Directors (BODs)  Questionnaire Survey Online Assessment  Mid and Final Term Assessment Evaluation  Follow Up Questionnaire after 6 months of the training

Pre and Post Self- Assessment - Knowledge and skills on the program content/topics - International Core Competencies Pre Self – Assessment : To provide a benchmark of participants’ knowledge, and skills related to the program before the training course start Post Self – Assessment : To assess the enhancement of knowledge and skills on the subject upon completion of the learning program

Daily Assessment of Mood Barometer To assess the participants attitude and feeling about the daily course activities

 Daily Assessment of Board Directors (BODs) Reviewing the previous day exercise and reporting participants’ feedback from the previous day

 Questionnaire Survey Online Assessment The questionnaire was posted on the MI intranet and participants were asked to assess them on line on a 5 point scale: 5-Fully 4-Very well 3-Satisfactorily 2-Partially 1-Not at all

 Mid and Final Term Program Assessment Participants walked in each panel corner, presented their answers on the flipcharts. Self-facilitation had the objective of making it possible for all participants to speak freely among equals, without the scrutiny of instructors/facilitators and program staff.

 Mid and Final Term Program Assessment Overall effectives of the program which focused on: 1. Learning Program Content 2. Training Methodology 3. Program Outputs 4. Training Facilitators 5. Co-participants in this Training 6. Training Administration 7. Any suggestion for a better next program

 Follow UP Questionnaire - to find out the relevance of the course - to what extend participants can apply the knowledge and skill they learned in the course at their job - to find out if and how much their performance at work - to find out further training they may need for their work
