Click on the form that you need: Fill in the Bibliographic Information for the item from the database citation.

1. Check to make sure that C-N does not have the book or journal title. 2.Fill out your info. You need to allow 2 weeks – even though it may not take that long! Circulation staff will contact you by C-N when your ILL request comes in.
