TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures in Point 9.2 Point 9.2 Release Summary:    Loan Estimate: designed to populate from the existing Fees Worksheet.  Closing Cost Worksheet: modeled after the Fees Worksheet.  Closing Disclosure: designed to populate from the New Closing Cost Worksheet.  Truth-in-Lending screen: includes new, required, fields  Real Estate Broker: license number fields to disclose on the CD.  Time Zone dropdown menu: to disclose on the LE.

TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures in Point 9.2 Point 9.2  Creating the Loan Estimate and the Closing Disclosure  The Loan Estimate and the Closing Disclosure are dynamic  GFE and TIL must continue to be used for applications started prior to the effective date, and for excluded loans.  Calyx customers will need access to all of the disclosures  Calyx will continue to support both sets of disclosures

TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures in Point 9.2 Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure Good News for Calyx Point Users  Steps for creating the LE and CD in a Point file remain virtually the same as the steps for creating the GFE and TIL  Fees Worksheet and TIL screen remain the initial data entry points for data that will populate the new disclosures  Data entered to the Fees Worksheets and TIL screens is routed to the required fields in the LE and the CD  Fees and charges are automatically, alphabetized, rounded and truncated

TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures in Point 9.2 Loan Estimate Your Lender Name, will automatically populate onto the Loan Estimate from your Company default settings in the Utilities Menu Utilities > Company Defaults > Company Information

TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures in Point 9.2 Closing Disclosure  The Closing Cost Worksheet is modeled after the Fees Work Sheet and the new Closing disclosure.  Designed to populate from the new Closing Cost Worksheet  Located in the Forms Menu and designed to dynamically generate according to loan type and proper fee and cost groupings.  Closing Cost Worksheet includes Copy from Fees Worksheet functionality  Closing Disclosure has more detail than the Loan Estimate because of tolerances and and settlement charges

TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures in Point 9.2 Closing Disclosure Fees from the Closing Cost Worksheet will populate into the correct sections and will be automatically alphabetized
