Background  No standard Ethics & Code of Conduct available for HR Professionals and HR Consultants when compared to other professions.  Existence of Different HR professional bodies with divided opinions and lack of comprehensive outlook on HR rather than being united like other professions.  Prohibitive membership fees are making majority of HR Professionals to join the existing associations.  Need of the day is to have recognition for HR Profession in industry, government and society through self-governance of HR Professionals and HR Consultants.

Who Certifies And What is the fee?  NO external body – NO fee.  It’s Free.  It’s a self-certification process.  Individual HR Professionals and HR Consultants may use appropriate logos to tell others that they adopt and follow HR Quality Standards.  It’s based on trust, sincerity and commitment only.  Once these standards are adopted and followed users are responsible and accountable for their employers and client organizations.

Is there any license to use?  Go to the web page “Logos for use” when you visit and down load free of charge  Once a HR Professional or HR Consultant adopt and follow HR Quality Standards, he/she can use freely these logos under General Public License but cannot alter the standards or logos as they are copy righted.  Please go through the web site thoroughly before you start using the logos.  You have all the freedom to use them provided you meet the requirements of the standards.
