Technology/Media tool will assist in engaging and enhancing a students learning by promoting a common interest of all students. Promoting a single goal and objective through technology and media tool will arouse their internets and encourage more participation. Most importantly, collaboration will be from the comfort of their own homes or where ever they choose to log on to a computer.

Different Distance Learners Distance learning involves different culture and backgrounds Culture should factored into objective and lesson plans because students will be diverse and from different areas of the world Most student will be experts or seasonal workers of Logistics Most student will have backgrounds needed to understand and comprehend the distance learning process. Only a small fraction may need a little more attention and assistance.
