+ RAD What is one word you would use to describe your personality? Support your answer with RADDD. One word to describe my personality would be optimistic. For example, I always think that my students will succeed. Also, I wake up every morning hoping that it will be a good day. Finally, I try to say positive things to people I see throughout the day.
