Reminder of the Trio Programme II  Action 5 - Urban dimension in territorial cohesion - Small and medium size cities and towns, based on the Urban Agenda process and developed by each Presidency with specific entry points: Italy: inner areas + follow up of the Greek Presidency on the EU Urban Agenda Latvia: role of small and medium size cities and towns in common territorial development context, Luxembourg: cross-border polycentric metropolitan areas  Further urban development topics concerning small and medium size cities and towns, such as housing aspects and migration tendencies and livability aspects, including smart cities concept 3
