5 Activity PROGRESS CDG has prepared a consolidated Annual Development Plan (ADP), which includes the ADPs for municipal services of each CDG, its entities. “Resource Planning” to Develop GIS based inventory of municipal services of CDGM and its entities Data regarding Consolidated Annual Development Plans for FY has been provided to the Urban Unit after incorporating suggestions and comments. Training on New Template of ADP and Medium Term Development Framework has been given to the concerned Officers of WASA on 27 th May, 2014 by the Consultant of the Urban Unit. WASA-Multan representatives participated in a workshop organized by UU at Lahore on October 13, 2014 in which categories of assets, forms and modalities for data collection was finalized. 6 Activity PROGRESS Conduct data collection and build GIS-based inventory of municipal infrastructure assets for CDGM and city entity A letter was issued by WASA Multan to all concerned offices for provision of Data on the Forms for GIS based Assets Management System. 7 Activity PROGRESS 2 nd round of trainings on PPRA Rules 2014 Develop poster on PPRA Rules and dissemination of SOPs. Annual Procurement Plan FY nd Round of Training on PPRA Rules 2014 has been given to the concerned Officers of WASA Multan on 13 November, 2014 by the MD PPRA.on 13 November, 2014 Posters and SOP’s developed by UU has been disseminated to all WASA Multan Departments and its entities. 9 Activity PROGRESS Action Plans prepared by city entities for enhancement of self- collected OSR have been approved Approved action plan is being followed in its true spirit with the support of The Urban Unit. WASA Consumer Survey will be initiated in January, 2015 with Urban Unit assistance. Initial data has been provided to Urban Unit Team. Basic Data for Energy Audit has been provided to conduct Energy Audit and procurement of equipment is in process. (Billing Information of Tube wells, Disposal Station, Conditional Survey Forms and Copy of Electricity bills) 2860 illegal connection has been regularized from July, 2014 to December, Recovery Campaign has been started in news papers to enhance the recovery of WASA Multan. 10 DLI 4: REVENUE ENHANCEMENT Disconnection Team (10) are formed for disconnection of facilities ( Water Supply & Drainage) of defaulters Challans are in progress for recovery in the court of SJM. Vigilance teams are formed to detect and regularize illegal connections for billing and to check whether correct tariff is being applied or not. In case of nonpayment, arrears are sent to Tehsildar for recovery under Land Revenue Act. Advertisement and consumer arrears campaigns planned for improvement in recovery. 15 DLI 6 : PUBLIC DISCLOSURE & ACCESS TO INFORMATION Activity PROGRESS Review of existing practices of Public Disclosure of Information (PDI) WASA Multan has requested Urban Unit to help out the Agency to establish own website of the Agency for public disclosure and access to information. Meanwhile all the information regarding WASA Multan will be shared on the website developed by the CDG Multan. ( ) Public Information Officer (PIO) has been notified by WASA Multan.

16 Activity PROGRESS Effective and transparent feedback and grievance redress mechanisms implemented. WASA, Multan has already established a complaint cell (One window complaint Cell) for the complaint redresses and complying with the instructions. WASA Multan team attended the meeting held on December 4, 2014 at UU Lahore to review the existing Complaint Systems of CDGs.
