Aim –establish a South Yorkshire Academy for Junior Chefs –attract year olds by promoting benefits of working in the sector

South Yorkshire Junior Chefs Academy Objectives –raise awareness of the sector –Provide ‘taster’ sessions –Encourage individuals to progress to L2 –Attract the ‘higher ability’ youngsters –Link with Barnsley through the CoVe
