BPC: Art and Computation – Summer 2007 Lesson Plan 17-b Corel Painter – Flipbook animation Laura Giannitrapani

BPC: Art and Computation – Summer Flipbook animations postioned on polygons in the virtual environment

BPC: Art and Computation – Summer First frames of flipbook animations by Janice Tosa and Venancio Aragon

BPC: Art and Computation – Summer Frame Stacks Paint a sequence of images Read in a sequence of numbered images and paint on them

BPC: Art and Computation – Summer Caution about layers DO NOT USE LAYERS Image layers are compressed each time you exit a frame in the stack For the same reason, do not use copy/paste unless you want the same image in each of the frames.

BPC: Art and Computation – Summer Workflow Start at the beginning of the animation and work forward. Start with the background and then the foreground. If the background is the same in all frames, copy/paste the same image onto all frames, then go back to the first frame and work out the foreground animation in order.
