Program goals 1)Increase the participation and capacity of minority students and minority faculty in cancer research 2) Increase our understanding, at the molecular, behavioral, and psychosocial levels, of cancer disparities among minority populations

MPossible Mentor *CSULA and COH junior faculty will be provided with career building opportunities. **CSULA students who complete this activity will be eligible for entry into Ph.D. programs specializing in population science, molecular epidemiology, and psychosocial oncology. ***CSULA students who complete this program will be eligible for entry into COH’s Biological Sciences Ph.D. program and other laboratory-based Ph.D. Programs.
