Decompose Project into units of work Components of the intranet: calendar, database, discussion board, css, etc Tasks to complete the intranet: design logo, develop navigation, identify visual information, design and implement database and forms, design layout of web pages, etc Milestones: draft of front end web page, complete database, template for web pages

Identify tasks, plans, resources For each task, provide the following information: 1.the name of the component, task, or milestone 2.a paragraph description of the component, task, or milestone 3.an estimated start date for the component, task, or milestone 4.an estimated duration of the component, task, or milestone 5.the person responsible for delivering each unit
