Extreme Weather Tornado

A tornado is caused by warm air and cold air mixing together and forming a giant windstorm (tornado).

Precipitation Precipitation is when snow, hail or rain falls down from clouds. Precipitation happens because the molecules get cold and the speed of the molecules decrease and fall from the clouds.

Weather tools Anemometer tells you the speed of the wind What a thermometer does is it the liquid inside the glass thermometer (tube) rises when temperature increases but when temperature goes down the liquid decreases
