Assignment Design and develop an evaluation/assessment tool on previous assignment (lesson plan) by using Excel Include: – formula/function and/or chart to analyze and demonstrate data – one or more paragraph(s) for introduction, explanation, rationale, purpose, or reflection, etc. of this project Link: dsheet.htm

Assignment (extra ideas) Using Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to express one of learning activity idea.  Survey class on favorite foods, hobbies, sports, etc. Then graph to analyze the frequency with which each answer was mentioned.  Created a budget or keep track of money earned through a fundraiser.  Keep records of grades.  Make conversion tables for weights and measures.  Calculate age and weight on different planets.  Grow bean plants under different conditions, use a spreadsheet to keep track of data and represent the data with charts and graphs.  Collect litter for a week. Sort, weigh, and measure the litter. Use charts and graphs to motivate a campaign for recycling.  Experiment with the effects of changing the dimensions of a cube on the volume of a cube.  Organize and interpret data from tables in geography books, town data, or records kept by students.  Hypothesize mathematical data
