The Why, What's, and How's What is the purpose of the website? Why is it unique? How will it work? These are a few of the questions I will be answering. And finally the nuts and bolts.

The What The purpose of this website was to create a one stop music shop for people that enjoy music. It is for listeners and artists.

The Why It is unique because……. It’s a one stop spot, to listen, upload, download, or just buy music. Not only will people be able to listen to their favorite mainstream artist, they will also be able to listen to indie artist in the same genera.

The How Basically there will be three types of accounts A free based account, a subscription based, and a artist based account. With the free account the listener will not have to pay for an account, but they will have lower quality music. They will have to listen to periodic advertisements.

Every so often, they will have to listen to a indie artist. In a subscription based account the user will be able to select the quality of the music. No advertisements. The option to listen to indie artist. And discounts on MP3 downloads. In the artist account, the artist will be able to upload their music

In turn, that will get played on the free based accounts at random. As well as get all the same features as a subscription based account.

The nuts and bolts Basically I will be outsourcing most of this to third parties. The web-page will be outsourced as well ( solutions.html ). solutions.html By outsourcing the web-site I know that they will make the site user friendly. I will save lots of money and time. By leaving it in the hands of professionals I know that I might have a better success rate seeing that I have never started my own e- business.

Closing I think my business is not revolutionary, but instead a evolution to web based music. People are too much in a hurry now-a-days to have to go to multiple sites for what they want, so by having all their music needs on one website, I feel I will be successful. Questions or Comments?????
