How the state deals with the problem of long-term unemployment?  Founded an organization (OAED) specialized in labor issues.  Proposed a number of programs against unemployment in co operation with the European Union  Financial benefits for employers, who occupy long-term unemployed.

Role of Social Work  Inform individuals about their professional options.  Inform individuals about new programs and available posts  Intervene in order to persuade the employer either to hire either to keep a person who already works for him.
