At a Company of 50 or more employees, Employees are entitled to 12 weeks of leave during any 12-month period because of the birth or adoption of child or to care for a spouse, child or parent with a serious medical condition. Must Have Worked For the Company for at least one year

When people are out of work through no fault of their own, they can receive unemployment compensation for 26 weeks if they have been employed for at least 26 weeks President Can extend Unemployment benefits in cases of severe economic conditions or unemployment

16 Workers Compensation Laws
Provides for loss of income due to accidents, illness or death on the job. Employee may NOT sue employer for negligence DOES NOT matter if the employee was injured due to his/her own negligence
