Librarians` wish list for e-journals includes: Services arranged around vertical subject areas Services with critical mass of journals Seamless linking from aggregator and A&I services to full text from a variety of publishers Single, user-friendly interface (preferably the library’s interface) Streamlined admin solutions + usage statistics Better value for money E-only access - but…. –archive assurances and standards Who are our customers and what do they want?
