Notice to Proceed Buy out – award of subcontracts, ordering of needed material & equip – cannot do until notice to proceed

Project Buyout Award subcontracts and compare actual to budgeted costs –F 10-7 –PM meets with qualified subs one at a time Review drawings and specs – correct scope in proposal Review exclusions Discuss questions submitted with proposal Discuss size of proposed workforce and schedule –PM decides on sub
