In the New Publication task pane, select: → Publications for Print → Brochures → Informational c.) Change the “Color Scheme”: → In the Options task pane, click Color Schemes. → Under Apply a color scheme, choose desired color scheme b.) Change the “Font Scheme”: → In the Options task pane, click Font Schemes. → Under Apply a font scheme, choose desired font scheme

Add new text: → Click the Text Box tool on the Objects toolbar. b.) Move a text box: → Place pointer over any part of text box boundary. When pointer becomes a four-headed arrow, drag. c.) Resize a text box: → Click the text box. Place the pointer over one of the round handles. When pointer becomes a two-headed arrow, drag. d.) Rotate a text box: → Click the text box. Place the pointer over the green rotation handle. When pointer becomes a circle, drag & rotate.

How to customize text: → On Format menu, click: Font, Paragraph, Bullets, etc. f.) Change the appearance of a text box: → Click the text box. On the Format menu, click Text Box, To add a border or background, click Colors & Lines tab g.) Divide a text box into columns → Click the text box. On the Format menu, click Text Box, click the Text Box tab, and then click Columns. h.) Add “Continued” notices to text boxes → Click the text box. On the Format menu, click Text Box, click the Text Box tab, and then select desired notice

Add a new picture or frame → To replace “placeholder” picture: Right-click, select Change Picture. → To create a new picture frame & add your own picture: Click the Picture Frame tool, select picture source. b.) Move/Rotate a picture: same as text boxes c.) Resize a picture: → To maintain original proportions, SHIFT & drag → To cut unwanted portions, click the Crop tool d.) Control text wrap: → Click the Text Wrapping tool
