Aims: To improve teacher confidence, skills, subject knowledge and quality of teaching in English, mathematics and science To increase the proportion of pupils achieving (the previous bench mark) levels of 5 and 6 in these core subjects by the end of KS2.To accelerate progress and narrow the attainment gap of all pupils in Years 4, 5 and 6. To develop an innovative, accessible and differentiated professional development programme. To use a Needs Analysis on line Learning Platform to support individual teachers, schools and the Brent Schools Partnership to plan and deliver bespoke professional development according to needs Improve academic transition from KS2 to KS3 Strengthen school led systems
