Presentation rubric grades out of 20 total If you need to check out a book from the bookstore (Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer) and you have your id, please see me today to get one.

Please take a few minutes to look over the rest of the semester. You will need to sign this and have your parents sign it as well. This is to verify that you know the expectations from now until Winter Break. I will check for signatures Friday for 10 points.

What did you buy? What things were necessary? Did you forget anything? Turn in paper.

Please complete the Anticipation Guide. Complete this silently on your own 1.Decided whether or not you agree with the statement. 2.Explain your answer. 3.Be ready to convince your table group your opinion. As a group you will come up with a consensus if you agree or disagree. Be sure to have arguments ready to share with the class.

Before we start reading let’s work on the Vocabulary. Make sure to follow the directions.

Bell Work: Get out your book “Into the Wild” and turn to chapter 4. FYI: This book will be 75-80% of your final. Remember your final is 20% of your grade. The written final (100 points) will come directly from the book and the MC final will contain 50 questions, % dealing with the book.
