Phase I — Accountability / Toughness / Structure / Routine End of Season to End of Fall semester - The players are awarded t-shirts by categories on how they tested on our 3 lifts and 3 movements. Phase II - Started Beginning of 2nd semester Emphasis is 8 weeks of lifting and limited running. This is our major strength phase. Leadership curriculum (20 minute lecture each day) coaches / Players present We will test on bench / squat / pwr clean - 40 yd dash / stand broad jump / pro agility *Week before spring break Phase III Emphasis is 4 – 6 weeks of skill work and weights Phase IV Spring Football Phase of Year Summer Explosion camp – 7 on 7 Fall Season Varsity AM Practices ///// 9 th Last period then after School
