2015 FLAP GRANT APPLICATION FLAP = Federal Lands Access Program Federal Highways Administration

FLAP GOALS Improve transportation facilities that are located on, are adjacent to or provide access to Federal lands Supplements state and local resources for public roads, transit systems, and other transportation facilities With an emphasis on high-use Federal recreation sites and Federal economic generators

A Planning and Concept Design Project Using plentiful public and agency involvement, analyze route options between Driggs & Tetonia as well as connection to Horseshoe Canyon. Produce a Final Report : Preferred Alternative Cost Estimates Implementation Steps

Application Details $118,000 Grant 7.34% Required Match Sponsor = City of Driggs Schedule: Grant Decision – August 2015 Project Start – October 2017 Project Completion – October 2018 (estimated)
