’SIS goes MaD’ 2015 What is Making a Difference? We aim to develop an awareness and compassionate mindset in our students and school community. We aim to change ourselves, other people’s lives, and the environment for the better. This begins with the school community, and widens to include the local and global community.

Learning experience e.g. describe the activity and your part in it Learning outcome e.g. How have you made a difference to yourself and others? Provide evidence

’SIS goes MaD’ 2015 How to Enrol on the Gateway Enrolment is ONLY accepted via the Gateway at the “Activity” module. Only Students can use their Gateway login to enrol. Students should study details of trips in the ‘SIS goes MaD’ 2015 web site, and discuss their options with parents.

’SIS goes MaD’ 2015 Enrolment Steps Step 1: At the Gateway “Activities” module: Click “Activity” Select “SIS goes MaD 2015” Follow same procedures as enrolling for other school activities, BUT…

’SIS goes MaD’ 2015 Enrolment Steps Step 3: At “My Activity”, select order or preference: 1, 2, 3 or 4, by using up/down arrows. Step 2: Select chosen activities: Max. of 4. Click “Register Now”.

’SIS goes MaD’ 2015 ‘SIS goes MaD’ Forms Parent Consent Form o Students are required to hand in ‘SIS goes MaD’ 2015 parent consent at start of school year. Details will come with the start-of-year package. Student Medical Form o Parents to update student medical information via parent login on the Gateway by August 28. o Any change to medical condition after August 28 MUST be relayed to trip leaders & Mr. Slethaug directly.

’SIS goes MaD’ 2015 Trip Allocation Student records on the Gateway on at on March 26, 9pm are taken as their final choices. Allocations on a first-come-first-served basis. Students are considered for their 1 st choices. If 1 st choices are full/cancelled, their 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th choices will then be considered. Allocations will be announced via the Gateway.
