Walking can help keep you in shape

It can put you in a good mood

It keeps your heart healthy

It might boost your brain for school

You can chat to your mates,

Listen to your music

You’ll be helping to reduce congestion

… and CO2 in the atmosphere

…and it’s free!

So why not Free Your Feet and walk a bit more next week?
