The programme of the Videoconference:  Roberto De Leo, Paola Russo – “Base Station Environmental Impact and Planning”  Giovanni Cancellieri, Mirco Curzi – “WiMAX: a new standard for wireless communications against Digital Divide”  Ivan Maric – “Croatian Internet eXchange and Regional perspective” The speakers were Paola Russo, Mirco Curzi, and Ivan Maric, respectively. At the end of each talk, there was a short debate about the topics of the talk. VC deliverable was produced
