These athletes will train with selected Junior Athletes on Saturday’s, and ASG group with regular ASG hours on Sunday. This group of J4’s will attend additional races during the season, basically on track for the step into Junior competition the following year.

Race Registration and Lodging for ASG ASG Athletes are responsible for: Entry fees Lodging and travel arrangements The exception to this rule is the Buddy Werner Championships, where the team must submit and pay all entries. Attendees will be billed by the team for these costs.

Race Registration for Special 4’s Special 4 ( when attending ASG races) Athletes are responsible for: Entry fees Lodging and travel arrangements Special 4 ( when attending Special 4 specific races) Athletes are responsible for: Entry fees

Lodging Coaches will make lodging arrangements for Special 4 athletes, in advance of the trip. Athletes will be notified as to where lodging will be and the cost. Athletes must bring payment (cash) for lodging to the coach going on the trip, as the lodging will be paid in full upon arrival at the site.

Lodging Options Special 4 athletes who choose to travel with their family rather than MRSST have two lodging options once arriving at the race site. In either case, all athletes traveling to races will help pay coach’s expenses for the event.

Lodging Options #1 Special 4 athletes can room with their teammates and travel to and from the race site with the team. They will be responsible for van fees and fuel while traveling with the group.

Lodging Options #2 Special 4 athletes and their families may choose to room together at the same, or a different site as the team Parents will provide transportation to and from the race site for their athlete. In this scenario, athletes are responsible for making sure they have picked up their race bib and lift ticket and know where and when to meet the team at the race site.

Van and Fuel Fees When you use the team van you will be charged a per diem van charge of $12.50 per day plus their share of the fuel for the vehicle.

Travel Billings Costs for fuel, daily van fee, and coach’s expense will be billed to each participating athlete before or immediately after return from a trip. Payment is due within two weeks of receiving the statement. In some cases, an estimated trip fee invoice will be sent in advance of the trip to ensure that money is available to pay for the event.

Buddy Werner Qualification J4 and J5 athletes only Eight male and eight female athletes will travel to this event Selection will be made of the best points profile that are accumulated over six (4 GS and 2 SL) head to head races World Cup scoring system Races will be selected after 10/15 when competition calendar is finalized
