Acts Series, Week #8 “The Holy Spirit or the Holy Should” Acts 3:1-10

The crippled man expected that Jews and God-fearers would be financially generous.

But Peter and John didn’t do what he expected; they did what God directed.

Holy Should = Fulfill someone’s expectation and/or alleviate our own feelings of guilt.

The Holy Should put money in the beggar’s cup to give him sustenance for the day. The Holy Spirit put wholeness in the beggar’s legs to give him healing for a lifetime.
