2 Timothy 3:16 - All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God[a] may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
“Fear” as defined by Meriam Webster’s dictionary, is described as: Noun: an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. Verb: be afraid of (someone or something) as likely to be dangerous, painful, or threatening.
1 John 4:18: There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
Hebrews 2:14-15: 14 Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil— 15 and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.
