How do you form the present tense of –ER verbs? It is very easy! All you need to do is remember 5 easy steps...

STEP 1 Chose you –ER verb and write it down: DANSER (to dance)

STEP 2 Take off the –ER ending. You are left with THE STEM. DANS (this is your stem)

STEP 3 Write the 9 subjects of your verb: Je Tu Il Elle On Nous Vous Ils Elles I You (informal) He She One / Someone We You (formal / group) They (masculine) They (feminine)
