Managing small business Payroll and Human Resources can be a nightmare. At OPA we will ensure that your company's payroll and human resources are managed utilizing all of the current tax laws and state regulations.

Payroll and Human Resources Payroll All aspects of payroll will be established as per specific Industry, State and Federal Requirements. The next few slides are a brief description of the services we offer.

Payroll and Human Resources Payroll  Timecard Management  Preparation of single or multiple state payroll through current accounting program.  If preferred work with Payroll services such as ADP.  Ensure garnishments, SEP or 401K plans, employee loans and any other deductions are managed as required.  Job costing  Payroll reports

Payroll and Human Resources Payroll  Update payroll system with new employee information.  Ensure terminated employees are removed from the active payroll system.  Timely filing of Federal and State taxes online or as required.  Filing of all necessary quarterly and year-end tax forms.  Preparation of W-2s, W-3's.
