Emergency Shelter/NFI Cluster Estimated number of beneficiaries 1 IDPS in CAMPS: 100% of families = families 2 IDPs off CAMPS: 70% of families = families. 3 Host Families with IDPs: 70% of families= families 4 Returnees: 75% of families = 93,750 families. 5 Stayees: 60% of families =97,500 families.

Emergency Shelter Cluster Needs 1 IDPs in Camps: tents & protection from weather effects, NFI, WASH, community kitchen, boundary walls. Emergency Shelter Cluster Needs 1 Host Families with IDPs: house repair kits +tools kits, NFI, WASH, boundary walls. Emergency Shelter Cluster Objectives 1 Provision of adequate living space according to SPHERE standards 2 Shelter assistance will be provided taking into account cultural norms and practices, specific gender needs and needs of vulnerable groups. 3 Provision of household NFI to vulnerable affected population. 4 Ensure provision of basic services in coordination with relevant clusters 5 Capacity building of local communities in affected areas, including natural disaster response.

Emergency Shelter Cluster Activities Shelter NFI needs & damages detailed assessment for the areas of displacement and return. Conduct gap analysis on assistance provided Standardize shelter/NFI cluster vulnerabilities criteria for beneficiaries selection Establishment of beneficiaries lists with participation of relevant stakeholders and communities Preparing design, BoQ and kits composition taking into account cultural norms, practices, specific gender needs and frequent disaster of the areas

Emergency Shelter Cluster Activities Delivery of training on shelter construction, housing repair to vulnerable and affected population Development of shelter kits for stockpiling Provision of vocational training, training on safe construction and preparedness for response Shelter /NFI implementation strategy A information /dissemination to beneficiaries for place and time of activities (e.g. distribution) B social mobilization to ensure community participation and ownership C owner driven approach D provision of technical assistance
