Polarizer Film Replacement Damaged polarizer films are removed from LCD panel in no dust atmosphere LCD Panel’s glass is cleaned by a special chemical. New polarizer film is placed in no dust atmosphere Colour degree and luminance test is done with Colour Analyzer General test (Test Box 40 C)

Driver IC Replacement (TCP Tab, COG, COF) The reason of the changing IC driver is horizontal and vertical lines on LCD Panel. Except this vision missing can be seen in some areas. Remove Driver IC from LCD panel Finding the reason of the lines on LCD panel (ITO Tester) Cleaning the remaining ACF from LCD glass Determine to ACF type Determine pressing heat and pressure Pressing test and Peeling test General test (Test box 40C)
